About the Project
Harmony of the Waves is a community-engaged public art installation in partnership with STEPS, Oddside Arts, and City of Richmond Hill Artist-in-Residence Program to bring awareness to water stewardship and feature water creatures! The design will be informed by community participants at Canada Day art activation with an unveiling in the Fall following a Culture Days windsock art activation.
