Shipping Policy
All art prints are shipped via Canada Post in recyclable containers such as cardboard boxes, rigid mailers, or mailer tubes. Shipping within Canada will take 7-10 days after the print has been finalized. Any tracking numbers will be shared by an email alert and you can follow up with Canada Post for any delays. PLEASE make sure your address is correctly input into the order including any buzz codes for the property. Failure to provide a correct shipping address will not result in refunds.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately, I do not have the capacity to offer refunds. However, if you are not happy with your order, let me know by sharing photos of the products and explaining what happened.
Is international shipping available?
International shipping is currently not available for art prints on my website. But, for home decor and merchandise, you can check out my RedBubble page which offers international shipping.
Do you offer custom sizing for prints?
Standard print sizing in my shop uses 3:4 formatting with some special exceptions. If you wish to request a size not visible on my shop, but uses the same ratio, contact me referencing the print name, desired paper, and size.
Do you accept commissions?
Don't see something in the shop that really fits what you are looking for, but can envision something in similar styles? Go to the contact form and mention what you are looking for including size, style reference, and budget (if you have one) and we can work something out! You will join the queue and receive timeline updates where possible.
Do you accept wholesale purchases from corporate art consultants and interior designers?
Yes, bulk orders of 5+ of the same size prints can be placed with a special personalized discount code starting from 10% off. Please contact me before placing your order to receive your bulk discount.

Do you facilitate art programming for various clients?
Yes, I facilitate art programming for community art organizations, corporate clients, and more! From one-off drop-ins to 16 week programs, I encourage participants to explore their creativity through playful invitations and reflective prompts.
